"Street Writer"

A quick conceptual series. In the Street Fighter franchise, the character Akuma is closely associated with the symbol for "Heaven" (天), which he bears on his back.

I wanted to apply the same idea and transform other characters into, well, "characters." I used a combination of aerosol and acrylic paints inspired by each respective character's color palette and personality to create the backgrounds, and assigned each a matching symbol.
