A little more about Me

I am a board-registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#134302) and a graduate of Chapman University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program. I am a member of The Practice Therapy Group and currently supervised by Sara Cameron (LMFT#119350).

Life has guided me to dedicate myself to the service of others, particularly in the field of mental and relational health. As a second-generation Taiwanese-American, I understand firsthand the impact of intergenerational trauma and its effect on our mental health and quality of life. My practice is an all-inclusive space, and I maintain an awareness that our unique experiences exist within / are impacted by larger systems.

With a background in competitive dance, I have a deep appreciation for the wisdom of the body and the spirit. My approach focuses on mindfully navigating past the overthinking mind, and helping you develop a rich and unique relationship with your body where trauma, emotions, and energies are stored.

My own healing journey has shown me that healing is possible, especially if we have the right support and are committed to our own well-being. I believe in each individual’s ability to grow and thrive, because of the circumstances they may be struggling or have struggled with. I believe that everything happens for a reason – even if we have to create it.

So, let’s create together.
